The Strong & Well Vision Board Template
How you want to feel this year
Strong & Well is a health board with no before-and-after photo in it. The five slots ask how you want to feel, the habit you keep, rest that counts, food that is kind, and why you keep going.
That framing is deliberate. Boards built around a goal weight or a body to fix tend to punish you by February; boards built around feeling and behavior survive, because you can succeed at them on an ordinary Tuesday. The affirmations follow suit, including "I feed myself with care, not rules."
Best for: A year of steady movement, better sleep, and a kinder relationship with your body.

What's inside: 5 guided slots

How to use this template
- Open it in Wishframe. Pick Strong & Well when you create a board. The5 slots arrive with their captions and affirmations in place.
- Give each slot a real photo. Your own photos beat stock images: the trip you took, the desk you work at, the people you mean. One honest image per slot.
- Keep it in view. Put the board on your Home and Lock Screen with widgets, and let the daily reminder bring you back to it. A board you see daily is the one that works.
Frequently asked questions
Why is there no weight or body-goal slot?
Because behavior goals hold up better than appearance goals, and because a board you see every day should not be a daily judgment. You can still add a specific target if you want one, but the template starts from how you want to feel and what you want to do.
Is this medical advice?
No. It is a motivation and goal-setting template for habits you choose. Anything clinical belongs with a professional, not on a vision board.
